Do you accept medical insurance?
Yes. For medical nutrition therapy services, I am paneled with Cigna and have pending contracts with Anthem, Aetna, Kasier and Risk Management Loma Linda Insurance carriers. I am able to provide SuperBill and Invoice documentation for retroactive reimbursement upon request. Rates are specific to your insurance and co-pays may be required. Check with your insurance carrier for specific requirements.
How do your coaching services work?
For coaching, the first step is to take this assessment, which takes 10 minutes, is online, free of charge. http://www.habitfindercoach.com/ford
How do your beauty/self-care services work?
For beauty services, the first step is to fill out a color match form so I understand your needs and what you are looking for. From there, we can schedule a time to connect in person or virtually or I can email recommendations that lay out your customized shade recommendations.
Are services provided in-person or virtually?
All services can be completed virtually to provide nationwide care. However services can be in-person at my office if you are local to the area of Redlands, CA.
